Who is Vanessa?

 Hi, I’m Vanessa Noueider — a Digital/Product Designer based in Vancouver, BC, with 10+ years of experience creating intuitive and impactful digital experiences.


Born and raised in Lebanon, I immigrated to Canada in early 2020. My journey has shaped a unique mix of resilience, adaptability, empathy, and resourceful problem-solving.


What makes me unique


  • Lebanese roots taught me to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Immigrating to Canada strengthened my ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new environments.
  • Early roles as a cashier and in a small 6-person agency built strong accountability, client communication, and independent problem-solving. With minimal supervision, I tackled design challenges, pitched ideas, and used my resourcefulness to deliver creative solutions.
  • Since moving to Canada, I’ve continued honing my skills through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, carefully interpreting client and stakeholder briefs, and iterating relentlessly to deliver exceptional user experiences.

 

These experiences help me bridge user needs with business goals effectively, staying calm under pressure and delivering polished designs, even when technical hurdles appear.
